Chocolate M&M cookies

Delicious, shortbread cocoa cookies, loved by children mostly due to M&M decorations.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 200g butter (softened to room temperature)
- 3/4 cup cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons dark cocoa
- 1,5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini M&M
Recipe:
- Using an electric mixer, mix together soft butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract ,
- Sift the flour, add dark cocoa and baking powder, whisk everything together,
- Mix dry and wet ingridedns until dough starts to form,
- Refrigerate the dough for about 15 minutes,
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- After cooling roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 8mm thinkess,
- With a cookies cutter, cut out your cookies, and place them on parchment paper ,
- Decorate each cookie with M&M, remember to press the M&M into the dough,
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
